This historic photo is of the Drought House in 1942. 

The house belonged to Albert and Edith Drought. Albert built the home in 1921. He was also responsible for building homes for other families in Westbank. Droughts were very active community members. Before Westbank had its first hall, the Droughts held community dances in their living room.
