Laurel Packinghouse in Kelowna has vendors ready to help you boost your health.
Uplift Your Wellness expo is on from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with vendors focused on holistic and natural remedies for pain and other ailments.
Host Anne Marie Tosse said she started the expos last spring and is excited to be back this year.
“I believe after the last few years that we need to be a little more proactive on a more natural basis to watch our health, as opposed to being told what to do.”
Tosse said the idea is all about taking back control of our bodies.
Uplift Your Wellness will return to Kelowna in the coming weeks, as well as Lake Country and Salmon Arm.
All of the vendors are local to the Okanagan. Admission to the expo today is $5.
