Summerhill Pyramid Winery is revamping its restaurant by collaborating with a growing local hospitality group.

To bring the space to new heights, the winery is working with the Unconventional Hospitality Group (UHG), which is the team behind local establishments Salt and Brick, Diner Deluxe, and Pretty Not Bad.

“The UHG team is excited to bring many similar concepts to the menu at Summerhill with a focus on the freshest, local, organic ingredients and the highest quality seafood and steaks you can source in the Okanagan,” said UHG managing partner James Addington. “The lunch program will also be completely revamped with a focus on guests being able to have a great dining experience in under an hour.”

On top of dining, UHG will be helping the winery with events like weddings and other events like birthdays, meetings, holiday parties and more. Bookings are now being accepted.

Additionally, the partnership now gives the winery a chance to cater events as well.

“It was important to me to have the right partner who is passionate about hospitality,” said winery founder Stephen Cipes.

The partnership will open on May 25, by hosting ‘A Good Ol Winery Party’ with live music, food, wine, dancing, and more. Ticket sales will be announced in the near future.
