The City of West Kelowna has rescinded the boil water notice for the Lakeview-Rose Valley System, effective immediately.
The city announced the notice as crews worked on installing a 750-millimetre water main tie-in from the Lakeview-Rose Valley system to the future Rose Valley Water Treatment Plant.
Water quality is now good in all of City of West Kelowna water systems, according to staff.
The bulk filling station at Shannon Lake and Asquith Roads will remain open and residents will continue to have free access until Monday, Nov. 16. Residents who wish to access the station after Nov. 16 can do so for a fee.
