Westbank First Nation issues water quality advisory

The advisory is due to increased turbidity

A water quality advisory has been issued for Westbank First Nation’s IR #9 system.

Staff said the advisory is due to increased turbidity in the system.

Under the advisory, it is recommended that children, the elderly and those who are immunocompromised should drink boiled water or get water from a safe source.
