The City of West Kelowna will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, to consider:
BYLAW NO. 0302 A BYLAW TO DISCHARGE LAND USE CONTRACT NO. 183.
Location: 753 Lindsay Crt, West Kelowna
Legal description: Lot 1, DL 2689, ODYD, Plan 29101
File number: LUCA 22-01
Purpose: To discharge Land Use Contract NO. 183 to allow the underlying zoning of R1 to guide development and allow for the legalization of a carriage house.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Public Hearings have limited seating, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The City encourages the public to watch via live stream online at westkelownacity.ca/webcasts.
Due to limited seating, the City will also provide opportunities to phone-in.
To register, call 778-797-2250, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Once registered, staff will call you during the Public Hearing so you may address Council. Staff cannot provide specific times and callers must be available to address Council throughout the Public Hearing. If you do not pre-register, but wish to speak, call 778-797-2250 during the Public Hearing.
HOW TO MAKE SUBMISSIONS
Make submissions Attn: City Clerk, File No. (Z 22-02 or LUCA 22-01) and submit before 4:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2023. Written submissions must include your name and address and can be provided to Council in advance of the scheduled Public Hearing via:
