Dec. 20, 1919 - Feb. 17, 2009. After nine years of tending the caboose and railway line, alone, Adele White, aged 89 years, boarded the train Tuesday, Feb. 17. She joins Ted, her husband of 62 years; Adele in a 1st class compartment and Ted in the steam locomotives cab. Adele leaves to tend the caboose and rail line, her daughter Cheyenne and son-in-law Dan Zdralek of Calgary and her two grandsons John of Calgary and Jim of Ottawa. The cannon will be fired in her honor. In accordance with Adele's request there will be no flowers or memorial service. Her ashes will be joining Ted's on the main line.
