Passed away after a battle with cancer on September 9, 2016 at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Deb; son Kevin; parents Martha and Koni; sister Karin (Mike) Muller; and a large extended family. An opportunity to pay your last respects to Al and to visit with family will be on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 3-5pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna. In addition there will be an informal Celebration of Al’s life on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 3–5pm at the German Canadian Harmony Club, 1696 Cary Road, Kelowna.
