BURGELIS, Arvids
passed away peacefully on June 10, 2009 at the age of 84, following a sudden illness. He is survived by his daughter Zenta (Graham). Papa will be greatly missed by his Little Zapper, Amanda. Sadly, Arvids’s wife, Jackie, predeceased him in 2005. Arvids is also survived by Jackie’s grandchildren, Rachelle, Robin, Ryan and Lenka. Also predeceased by Jackie’s two sons, Terry and Jody Anderson. Arvids operated Prince George Drywall before he retired to Kelowna from Prince George in 1991 with his wife, Jackie, where he spent many a Sunday afternoon ‘killing’ a bottle of wine with his long-time friend, Ernst.
Cremation. No Service. Interment at Prince George Cemetery will be announced at a future date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
