Went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 16, 2009 at the age of 69. She is survived by her loving companion Ken; two sons: Tim (Marlene), Ivan (Gwen) and daughter Tammie (Pat). Five grandchildren: Christy, David, Stephanie, Cody and Colton. Brother, Harold (Grace) and sister Grace. Aunt Ermegardt. Bonnie fought a courageous battle with cancer until the very end. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Bonnie will be remembered for always having a smile on her face and for making the people who came into her life laugh. A celebration of Bonnie's life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 2:00pm at the Beaverdell Community Hall. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to the Kelowna Red Cross, The Central Okanagan Hospice House or the Beaverdell Community Club. The family would like to thank the many homecare workers who helped take care of her as well as the wonderful staff & volunteers at the Central Okanagan Hospice House.
