Bill passed away on December 10, 2018 at the young age of 52. He is survived by his parents Tony and Lee and his brother Dwight. Bill was born in Fort Qu'Appelle SK on November 18, 1966. He will always be remembered as a kind and caring young man, always offering to help anyone out even if he had nothing for himself. He had a cute little grin on his face all the time and loved to joke around. Bill was a great soccer player and loved playing it.
