KRUSHEN, BROWNIE
Born in Ituna, Sask on October 4th, 1918, passed away peacefully at Cottonwoods Care Unit on February 21st, 2013 at 3 AM, at the age of 94 years. Thank-you to Cottonwoods staff for the excellent care they gave to Brownie. Brownie was an active member of the Kelowna Golf and Country Club, Capri East Rotary Club (25 Years), Father Pierre
Richard Assembly of the Knights
of Columbus (25 Years). He was a
partner in Victory Motors till 1978, retiring due to health
reasons. Brownie will be greatly missed by his wife Shirley of 42 years; son Brian(Alice), grandsons Jason(Tanya),
Jordon(Sabrina), Great grandchildren Kathleen, Bailey
and Garrett, brother Larry of Vancouver and many nieces,
nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Predeceased by his first wife Mary, mother Rose, father Phillip, brothers Al, Ed and sister Jean. Prayers will be recited from
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 839 Sutherland Ave on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 at 7:00 PM
followed by A Memorial Mass will be celebrated from
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday,
February 28th, 2013 at 10:30 AM. Inurnment will take place at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Brownie.
