1947-2014
It is with profound regret that we announce the passing of Dale Leon Hoornaert on February 18, 2014 at the Vancouver General Hospital where he was awaiting a lung transplant. Survived by his loving wife of 44 years Diane and daughter Jan (Darren)Lewis and their children, Josiah and Nevaeh, all of Windsor,ON; two sisters, Yvonne (Doug) Waines, Elaine (Dan) Thomas and his mother Jolane Hoornaert. Dale worked for many years as part of the production team at Hiram Walker & Sons Distilleries. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 1:00pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020
