It is with heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Dorothy on February 1, 2020. Dorothy was born on March 11, 1958 with her twin brother Donald James. Dorothy graduated from Rossland Secondary School in 1976. After moving to Kelowna, she worked many jobs before she started her career with School District #23 where she was a custodian. Dorothy loved camping and fishing with her many friends, and she loved making her chocolate.
Dorothy is survived by husband Doug Hidlebaugh, grandson Lincoln Hidlebaugh, mother Violet Krest, sister Doris Denney, brother Darcy Krest, and niece Rebeka Krest.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date, in Trail, BC.
