ADOLF, Edna Irene Went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the age of 83. She is survived by her loving husband Gus of 65 years; two daughters: Darlene Spagnol (Ron) of Kelowna, Karen Pakenham (Jim) of Sorrento; three sons: Dennis Adolf of Kelowna, Terry Adolf of Debolt, AB, Leroy Adolf (Fran) of Bezzanson, AB; ten grandchildren: Bob, Bill, Natasha, Jeffrey, Shawn, Travis, Nadine, Chrissy, Jenny, Tracey; numerous great grandchildren; two brothers: Clarence Graumann (Blanche) of Camrose, AB, Ernie Graumann (Barbara) of Edmonton; three sisters: Laura Williams (Archie) of Hanna, AB, Bertha Melnyk (Steve) of Grande Prairie, AB, Shirley Stewart of
Coquitlam, BC and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Leslie and sister Ruby. Edna was born December 26, 1925 in Hanna, AB and moved to Kelowna in 1963. Edna was a lover of her family and her garden, particularly roses. She also loved her church and was a very active member of the Ridgeview Evangelical Church. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 2nd at 1:00 pm at Ridgeview Evangelical Church,1097 Hollywood Road, Kelowna, BC with interment to follow in the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
