1935 2008, passed away peacefully at Windsor Manor Care Center, Kelowna, BC on February 7, 2008. Lea is survived and sadly mourned by her loving husband William B. (Bill) Jurome of Kelowna, two sons David B. (Glennys) Jurome and Robert Collier (Shelly) Jurome both of Kelowna, one daughter Narda (Steve) Clark of Campbell River, BC, seven grandchildren, Jaxon, Jayda & Jarvis Jurome (David & Glennys) of Kelowna, Brayden & Cassandra Jurome (Collier & Shelly) of Kelowna, and Devin & Bailey Clark of Campbell River. She is also mourned by her brother Jerry of Inissfail, AB, and her sister Lynda Wright of Kelowna. Lea was a long time resident of the Belgo District of Kelowna where she lived with her husband Bill and their family. A Memorial Service for Lea will be held at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Reverend Ken Gordon officiating. A reception at Springfield Funeral Homes family center will be held immediately following the Memorial Service. Cremation. A gift in living memory of Eleanor will be made to Holding Hands for Hospice by Springfield Funeral Home.
