HULL, Franc It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Franc Hull at Cottonwoods Extended Care with his family at his side on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the age of 81.  Survived by his loving wife Stephanie of 60 years; daughter Frances Olinkin (Dave) of Jasper; two sons: Dushan Hull (Spasa) of Edmonton, Frank Hull (Lorraine) of

Rimbey, AB; four grandchildren: Danny, John (Alana), Ryan (Sharla), Tara; four great grandchildren: Carter, Talia, Brylee, Bria and one sister Hermina of Slovenija and nieces and nephews. Franc was born July 18, 1928 in Dolnji, Slaveci, Slovenija.  Franc immigrated with his wife Stephanie to Edson, AB in 1957.  He started working for CNR in 1957 and was soon promoted to track foreman. His career allowed him to live in several different communities in Alberta, thus the gathering of numerous friends along his journey in life.  He retired after 30 years of service and

relocated to Vernon, where he resided for 18 years.  His final years were spent in Kelowna caring for his wife and then fighting the battle of his life until his passing.  He will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held on

Saturday, October 31st at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
