passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in Kelowna, B.C. Predeceased by Arthur Silzer in 2003, Frances is survived by Betty (Herb) McMillan, Harvey (Joyce) Silzer, Wayne (Christel) Silzer, grandaughters and great grandchildren. Service will be held Monday, July 21, 2008 at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2091 Gordon Rd., Kelowna, B.C. at 11:00 am.
