FRANCISCUS Hendrikus (Frans) Frans went to be with God peacefully but very suddenly on Monday, March 10 at the young age of 68 surrounded by his loving family at Kelowna General Hospital. He will be missed dearly by his surviving wife Rita of 43 years, 2 sons Frans-Willem and Sebastiaan, 2 daughter-in-laws Charlene and Catherine, 3 grandchildren Emily, Claire and Cailex and of course his basset hounds Mickey and Sadie. Frans came to Canada with his family from The Netherlands in 1980 and had a passion for helping people using his wealth of knowledge and fairness. He had many friends and will be missed more than words can express. Frans, Papa, Opa, we houden van je! Frans will be laid to rest on Friday March 14, 2008 at 10:00 am at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetary.
