Dec 17, 1937 - Dec 17, 2017
Frank (Schaell, Franz) Schell. Frank passed quietly and peacefully on his 80th birthday after a very short illness with cancer.

Born in Balmaz Romania, first born son to parents Julia and Lambert, he emigrated from Europe with his family in 1950. Frank justly earned the title 'Jack of all trades' ensuing years of hard work as a farmer on his own land, his work at Noca Dairy and Western Star (to name only a few), and, of course, his many volunteer community commitments; Knight of Columbus, and others.

'Uncle Frank' as he became fondly known, would drop anything he was doing to assist anyone that required his help. Frank married Diane Newby in 1960 and they purchased an orchard in the Belgo area that same year. Frank and Diana enjoyed 57 years together with family interest always at the top of list.

During his brief illness with cancer - his family stayed snug, strong and supportive. He was able to absorb and enjoy their love.

Left behind to honour his legacy. Dear wife - Diane. Children - Mike (Brenda), Barb (Rob). Four Grandchildren - Michelle (Alan), Tim (Nicole), Marissa, and Lauren. Many many nephews and nieces. How he loved them!

We were so lucky to have him in our lives. We will always love him and forever miss him!

Cremation. There will be no service by request. Please remember Frank in your own special way with acts of kindness and helpfulness to our fellow man. Be kind and generous to each other - we are all on this journey together.
