Warren Foster passed away peacefully on February 7, 2012, at Hospice in Kelowna, BC, at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by his father, Gerald, his mother, Lena, and his sister Donna Joan Nuyts. Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Margaret Agnes Foster, his daughter Patricia Jane Howard, her husband Richard, and their sons Nathan (8) and Daniel (5). Born in Vancouver, Warren could put a smile on anyone's face. He was a passionate woodworker, an amateur radio enthusiast (VE7FWF), and worked as a radio operator for the Canadian Coast Guard.
Memorial will be held on Sunday, February 12th at 3pm at the Westbank Lions Community Centre on Main Street, West Kelowna, BC.
The family is grateful for the compassionate care at the Hospice House in Kelowna.
