died on May 30, 2008 at the age of 94. He is survived by his loving family, two daughters: Teddy Colton (Frank) of Sherwood Park, AB, Sharon Gardner (Wayne) of Winfield, BC; two sons: Richard (Donna) of Beijing, China, Robert (Nancy) of Kelowna, BC; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild and Sherry Wageman, special daughter. Predeceased by his wife Helyne Joan; parents Carl and Elizabeth Wageman; three brothers and five sisters. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 20th at 2:00 pm at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. “Come to say a few honest words – sing a gentle song – join hands in a circle of flesh – please tell some stories about me making you laugh – I love to make you laugh.” A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 21st at 4:00 pm at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
