BUCK, Harold E. Born April 28, 1928, in Toronto, ON. It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Harold Buck on July 24, 2009, aged 81, in Kelowna, BC.
Predeceased by father L. Gordon Buck, mother Grace, and brother Gordon. Survived by Shirley, loving wife of 58 years; sister Dorothy Ann Buck; sons David, Rick (Kathy Fedori), Peter (Beth Grant); grandchildren Michael (Dion Nelson), Greg, Spencer, Kevin, and Julian; great-grandson Patton; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and many close friends he considered family. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Harold’s memory. The family wishes to express its sincere thanks to the Doctors and the staff of Kelowna General Hospital, in particular. Dr. Doug Nottebrock, for their loving care and attention. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
