FENDER, IRENE
Irene went to be with the Lord on Friday,
March 21, 2014 at the age of 75. Irene will
be lovingly remembered by her husband of 51 years, Warren, as well as her son Ross and daughter-in-law Denean, son Jeffrey and daughter-in-law Lori,
and adorable grandchildren Josh and Sydney.Irene was predeceased by her parents Bill and Mary Cuchiran and brother Ken.Irene grew up in Regina and upon her marriage to Warren moved to the Assiniboia area where they farmed. On retirement in 2005 they moved to West Kelowna. Irene will be remembered for her gift of hospitality, kindness and generosity. A special thanks to Dr. Bystrom and staff at Medical Town Centre, to Pamala at the Heart Function Clinic and to the nurses at the Community Care Centre.A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC with Pastor Brian Carlson officiating.
