Schneider, Irene Frances
Irene (Renee) Frances Schneider passed away peacefully on October 15, 2016. Renee was born in Red Deer, Alberta on September 24, 1921. She is survived by her sons, Warren, Wayne and Curly (Mert); brother-in-law Gene; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was proud of having a fifth generation family. Renee was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Vic;
son Brian; daughters-in-law Carol and Yvonne; brother Jim; and sisters Blanche and Gwen. After raising their family
and moving from Alberta to BC, Renee lead an active
life - curling, playing piano, the Ink Spots, gardening, making afghans and visiting with her loving family and
dear friends were highlights for her. A memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016
in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC. Memorial donations
