PYETT – Jean passed away suddenly with family by her side on Monday, November 16, 2009 at the age of 80. She is survived by her loving husband Bill, her daughters Janet (Ron) Meads of Balmoral, MB, Betty (Tom) Mathiason of Sayward, BC, sons Wayne (Lynnette) of Surrey, BC, Barry (Heidi) of Kelowna, BC, six grandchildren Damon (Abby), Rebecca Pyett-Evans (great granddaughter Caitlin), Jason, Nathan, Lucas and Megan Mathiason, brothers Mel (Betty) and John and sister Kay Sample. Sadly predeceased by her siblings Margaret, Mona and Gordon, and her in laws Charlie, Bill, Eadie and Vi. Jean was a wonderful wife and mother, a true homebody who loved nothing more than to be with her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter and to enjoy her yard. She and dad enjoyed 62 years of marriage and were best friends as well as spouses. They began and ended their life together holding hands. Private family service.
