WHITE, JEAN
On March 12, 2013 Jean White passed away peacefully at her home with her extended family at her side. She spent her last day surrounded by her family, friends and caregivers.
Survived by her brother Ken (Lorraine) White of Kelowna, nephews Shane (Chrystal), Jared, niece Brianna, great
nieces Emily and Elizabeth,
Aunt Olive Henning and Aunt Betty Dancey of Melfort, SK,
Uncle Geordy and Aunt Eileen Dancey of Star City, SK and many cousins. Jean is also remembered by her extended family: long time room-mate and friend Ingrid Freeman and by her loving caregivers: Jenny and Emiliano Carpio, their children Emil-John, Alliah and Dave; Flora and Erwin Rodil and their son Elijah. Jean was an active participant in the Kelowna Community Development Society’s Seniors Day Program for 22 years; her loss is mourned by the many friends she made and the staff members who supported
her in the program. Special thanks to her physician

and other members of the HSCL team for their care and support of Jean. A private memorial gathering will be held
in Kelowna. A memorial service will take place in Tisdale, SK., at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kelowna Community Development
