Born on March 25, 1922 and passed away peacefully on January 29, 2008 with family by his side. He is survived by daughters Joanne Garvin, Kathy Bell, Maureen Marks(Ray), sister Marie Longworth, ten grandchildren and three and a half great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Guy and Edna Bell of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Joe had a hard time enjoying life after losing Bernadette his wife of 50 years. We're so happy you're together again. His joys in life were his family, love of music and family vacations. He had the biggest heart around and a wonderful sense of humor. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren and was always there to listen and give support. We will never forget how much you loved us. God bless you and love you always.
