MACKINNON, JUNE EVELYN

June passed away quietly in the evening of August 1st in Victoria B.C.
Predeceased by her husband Alex and her two brothers Ev and Earl Boyle, parents Robert and Lucy.
June is survived by her son Guy Ellingson (wife Janet Baggott her children Ryan and Tanya); her daughter Sharon Robert (Lawrence); grandchildren: Kimberley Reisig (Mike). Scott Robert (Theresa); great grandchildren: Jaedyn and Brandon Reisig; sister Linda Moore (Steve); numerous nieces, nephews and step son David MacKinnon (Irene).
Born in North Bank, Alberta and moved at a young age to Vancouver, she lived in B.C. the rest of her life.
Her interest was sharing Alex's love of antique cars and there many road trips to California, and the love of her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren and her many friends throughout her life, especially Joyce Ellis. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A Memorial Service is planned at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC on Thursday, September 11th at 1:00 pm. A reception and interment to follow.
