ROSS - Ken
More commonly referred to as Kenyo and sometimes the Silver Fox, passed away at the age of 62 on November 9th 2014.
His bad jokes will lovingly be remembered by his three children Brandon, Sue & Becky and wife of 35 years, Cindy. These witticisms will be passed on to his grandchildren Hayden, Isla and Sebastian (as yet unborn) who were the gems in his rusty halo.
Born and educated in Winnipeg, he moved to BC in 1977. Despite the distance, he always held a deep-rooted love for his brother, Glen, and sisters, Laura, Susan and Marnie in Winnipeg.
His hopes of being a grumpy old man sitting on his porch mulling over crossword puzzles were dashed upon the
realization that his true talents lay in using his unique wit and charm to entertain family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
While he had little time to suffer the ignorance and intellectual shortcomings of others, he treated everyone with dignity and respect throughout his personal and professional life. He will be dearly missed.
The family invites those wishing to help celebrate his life to a memorial at 1035 Borden Ave. on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 10:30AM.
