Leda Della Siega

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mother Leda Della Siega, who died peacefully in her sleep, Oct 24 with family at her side.
She was predeceased by our father Oreste, her loving husband for 33 years.
She leaves behind her daughters Rubina [ Terry & family], Marcia, her sister Rina, and many adoring in-laws, cousins nieces and nephews in Ontario and Italy.
Our family wishes to thank all those who appreciated and supported our mother during her 32 years living in Kelowna.
She enjoyed the city and believed in serving community.
Our mother was an independent person, and lived a truly colourful , vibrant, positive and integral life - so happy to have come to Canada to marry my father in the early 1950's, and finally becoming a Canadian citizen in 1973.
She loved her family, working with people, laughed often, danced a lot, travelled the world, and ' lived well'
She will be missed, and she will be loved forever.
We are honouring our mother's life with a special mass on Wed. Nov. 10, at 10 am at St Charles Garnier Parish 3645 Benvoulin Rd.
