Lyle Curtis Saby, born on January 25, 1925 in Bawlf, Alberta, passed away peacefully on Friday December 29th in Village at Smith Creek in West Kelowna, BC.
He is survived by Mae, his loving wife of 73 years, their children- Sherie LaValley, Don Saby (Sharon), and Jackie Michaud (Wayne); grandchildren- Steve LaValley, Shauna Dobell (Mike), Shawn Michaud (Aimee), Melissa Lees (Josh), Traci Stevens(Shawn) and Jasmine Saby; great grandchildren- Matt, Tanner and Kylee Dobell, Ayla and Cy Michaud, Kobe and Amiya Lees, Logan, Surae and Sky Stevens. He is also survived by his sister Shirley Winter and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by son Randy Curtis Saby in 1969, and parents Walter and Pearl Saby, sisters Norma Krochenski and Gloria Coursley and brothers Glenn and Doug Saby.
A celebration of life will be held in the Spring. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Smith Creek for their loving care of both our parents over the last two months.
