MARION " MORAG" KEIR
Born March 4, 1928 in Rothesay, Bute, Scotland. Morag passed peacefully away on Jan 1, 2015 with her daughter Ann, at her side, at the Spring Valley Care Home in Kelowna BC. Morag came to Canada as an adventurous young woman when she was 26. She sailed across the Atlantic to New York and made her way to Canada -where she met Frank in Lake Louise, Alberta and married. She spent her life in Canada, becoming an official Canadian citizen in 1975. There were many trips home to Scotland, Canada however was her home. In her later years she enjoyed being a "snowbird" for Canadian winters. She was well loved by family and friends and she truly loved people. Predeceased by husband Frank. Remembered always by daughter Ann (Dennis), her sister Helen in England and many nieces and nephews in
