October 5, 1942 ~ January 19, 2015
It is with heavy hearts that we
announce the passing of Mary Ann. Predeceased by her parents, her husband Harold, sisters Elsie Paulson and Rose Dudiak and brother Robert. Survived by her daughter, Lisa Watson and grandson, Brett Watson, sister Marge Brenner, nieces Darlene (Colin) Wood, Evelyn (Alec) Spiller, nephews Daniel Dudiak, Gary (Marie) Paulson, Eddie Brenner, great niece, Ashleigh Wood, great nephews, Logan Wood and Caleb Paulson, sister-in-laws, Yvette Paulson and
Aileen Radwansky. Mary Ann was a generous woman who always put others needs before her own. Even when in
hospice she was disappointed that she couldn’t help her neighbors out. Some of her favorite things included spending time with her Grandson Brett at the park feeding the ducks, a dinner at Boston Pizza with friends and family and a Teen Burger from A&W. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association. A huge thank you to all her “angels” who cared for her at Hospice House for the 7 weeks she was there. All of the staff there were simply amazing. Also, thank you to all our friends, neighbors and relatives who helped us through this difficult time. A celebration of life will happen in the summer of 2015 as per Mary Ann’s wishes.
