NICK ORLESKY
Orlesky, Nick passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the age of 86. He is survived by his sons: Doug of Castlegar, and Darrell (Mel) of Kelowna BC: daughter Elaine (Al) Robinson of Kelowna: four grandchildren; Hazen, Jared, Natasha and Kinsey: brother George (Julie) of Kelowna: numerous nieces and nephews and his partner Norma Bowman. Sadly predeceased by eight siblings.
Nick loved gardening and previously owned a nursery. He came to Kelowna in 1972 and worked in the life insurance industry for many years until his retirement in 1988. After retirement Nick enjoyed gardening, fishing, wood working, making his own wine and fruit juice as well as canning produce from his garden. He was a loving man, kind, caring and had a great sense of humor. He was loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed.
A Celebration of life will be held in the spring of 2015
