1916 - 2008
Passed away peacefully on November 17, 2008. Born in Arden, Manitoba April 28, 1916, Reg served with distinction in the RCAF prior to moving with his bride Madge to Yellowknife in 1946. Employed by Consolidated Mining & Smelting (Cominco), Reg was active in early Y.K. politics and active member of B.P.O.E. and Royal Canadian Legion (Honorary Lifetime Member). Retired to Armstrong, BC in 1982, residing in Kelowna as of 2006. Predeceased by beloved wife Madge (1998) and sons Garth (1982) and Tony (2006). Survived by loving daughter Wendy Williams (Kelowna) sons, Cameron (Edmonton) and Christopher (Kelowna), grandchildren Michelle and Ryan (Kamloops) and great grandchild Emily (Kamloops). Private Family Service with interment in Arden, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
