SUNDMARK, REV VERNON HARRY
1926 – 2013
Our beloved Vernon left this life
on Feb 9, 2013. He was a father,
husband, friend, mentor, counselor
and Theologian. We are grateful for his love and kindness. He was born
in the R.M. of Clanwilliam, Manitoba on March 14, 1926. He served
Lutheran congregations in Sask.,
Ont., Man., and BC and retired
to Kelowna in 1985. He was
predeceased by his parents, and his brother Cecil. He leaves to mourn his wife Myrle; three
children ,Dana (Gisele), Lyndon, Valdine Elsholtz (Harry); seven grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren; nieces,
and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A viewing and prayers will be held at Everden Rust Funeral Home on Feb 24, 2013 at 1:30 pm.
Memorial service to be held at Christ Lutheran Church
at 2091 Gordon Drive, Kelowna BC on Feb. 25, 2013
at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
Canadian World Relief or Christ Lutheran Church.
