Rick was born on July 25, 1941 and passed away on January 24, 2019.
He was predeceased by his parents Stanley and Lillian Cook, his sister Lillian and his brothers Albert and Clarence.
He leaves to mourn his wife Kathern Cook, his 3 sons Thomas (Lenore), Michael (Wanda) and James as well as his two daughters Loretta (David) and Patricia (Ray), Kathern's son David (Monica) and daughters Karen (Jim) and Connie (Jay). Rick leaves behind his sister Shirley, whom he loved dearly. Richard had many loving nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all.
