Rose was born on August 13, 1920 and passed away peacefully on July 28, 2008 in Victoria, BC. Predeceased by her father and mother Emil and Anna Zimmer, her husbands William Scrafton & Robert Dalhgren, one brother Charles Zimmer, two sisters, Emily Smith and Eva McCarthy. Rose will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children, Rosemary Lynch (Dick) Richard Scrafton (Vicki), Robert Scrafton (Susan) nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, three sisters Mary Walker, Alvina Lougheed, Dolly Gaven, two brothers William Zimmer, and Sonny Zimmer. A celebration of Rose's life will be held on August 16, 2008 at the Coast Capri Hotel Kelowna, BC between 1:00pm and 4:00pm in the Shiraz Room.
