The family of Rose "Odile" Hoffman wishes to celebrate her peaceful passing on Tuesday March 13, 2018.
She is lovingly remembered by her six children Marty (Robin), Michele Hayes (David), Trevor (Jana), Michael, Jason (Stephanie), and Megan, and her grandchildren Andrew, Daniel, Natasha, Charlene, Jacob, Anna, Ava, and Everly.
Odile was born May 9, 1941 in Kelowna, BC, the eldest daughter of Alphonse and Bernadette Marty.
Odile was predeceased by the love of her life Wilf Hoffman and both her parents.
Odile is survived by her only sister Elaine Taylor (Alex), and many nieces and nephews.
Odile was born and raised in Kelowna; her family established deep friendships through work and their church community at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Odile married Wilfred Hoffman on July 8, 1961 and in 1964 they bought their small farm in Rutland that later became Blueberry Haven where they raised their family.
Prayers for Odile Hoffman will be on Sunday March 18th at 7:30 pm, with the Funeral Mass to be held on Monday March 19th at 10:00 am both to be held at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church located at 839 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC. Interment to take place at St. Theresa's Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Pilgrimage of Faith for Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church or a charity of choice.
