It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear mom, Rose Yesdresyski. Surrounded by family, she went to be with her Lord peacefully on February 18, 2008, joining the love of her life, Len, and her two sons David and Gerry. Rose was born in Winnipeg, August 18, 1920. She was married to Len for 44 years with whom she shared a great love for gardening and fishing. Together they raised five children, Joan (Dave) Richter of Kelowna, David Yesdresyski (deceased), Gerald Yesdresyski (deceased), Lynn (Rick) Webb-Thomas of Vancouver, and Bonnie (Harvey) Penner of Langley. Rose loved her family and delighted in her 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, each of whom believed that they were her favourite. Rose leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, which influenced our yesterdays, created today’s memories and gives us the promise of a tomorrow’s reunion. A celebration of her life will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC.
