POLACK, Roy. age 82, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017 surrounded by family. Roy was born May 8, 1934 in Vernon, BC. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Natalie, his only daughter Sandy (Ray) Enright, Grandchildren Conor and Makaela of North Vancouver; Son Steve (Nicole) of Edson, Alberta; Son Wesley (Barb), Grandchildren Rylee and Quinn of Kelowna; Evin (Amanda) and Great Granddaughter Leah of Kelowna; Son Kelley (Sandra) of Kelowna. Roy grew up in Grande Prairie Alberta and moved to Kelowna in 1968 where he ran a successful siding business for 25 years. But his love of the open road and driving drew him back to long haul trucking until he retired. Roy’s other love was baseball and he could often be found at the baseball field during Rutland Maydays, and was well known to absolutely enjoy watching the Toronto Blue Jays. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
