Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at the age of 72. He is survived by his loving wife, Violet, of 48 years; two sons: Darryl and Dallas (Jennifer) all of Kelowna; brother Clifford Maximuik (Gloria) of Yorkton, SK; sister Emily Matheson (Harvey) of Saskatoon, SK; nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 10:00 am at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC with interment to follow in the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
